The federal authorities has re-opened the Ist Niger Bridge, 38 days after its closure to hold out rehabilitation work on it.
Minister of Works, Senator Dave Umahi re-opened the bridge on Thursday.
The bridge was closed for visitors on seventh of September for 2 weeks, however, closure was later prolonged indefinitely to guarantee that the rehabilitation was completely performed.
