The Yobe State Government has authorised a new salary structure for the Head of Service, permanent secretaries, auditors-general and the Accountant-General.
This was disclosed in a press release issued on Saturday by the Office of the Head of Service, Abdullahi Musa Shehu.
According to the assertion, the Head of Service will now earn N1,430,830.75 month-to-month, whereas Permanent Secretaries will obtain N1,203,851.55 every.
“The Auditor-General for the state, Auditor-General for native governments and the Accountant-General will every earn N1,114,666.36 month-to-month”, he stated.
He urged beneficiaries and different civil servants within the state to reciprocate the gesture by means of higher dedication, dedication and improved service supply.
The Head of Service additionally famous that the state authorities had launched varied welfare packages for civil servants and that extra initiatives had been underway to enhance their well-being and strengthen the general public service.
